To provide physiotherapeutic care of exceptional precision and depth
My name is Beatrice Pellizzato. I am a professional dancer and physiotherapist specialised in dance injuries and sports trauma. My expertise spans from complex injury rehabilitation to the management of everyday physical complaints, always with a holistic understanding of the body and its needs. I welcome patients of all backgrounds.
My practice is based at TheWomenAMS, a modern, fully equipped gym designed to support effective rehabilitation and recovery. In addition, I hold specialised clinical hours at Het National Ballet Academie and Academie voor Theater en Dans in Amsterdam, where I provide tailored medical care to performing artists.
My Story And Approach: As a professional dancer, I often felt the need to be supported by a therapist capable of working with the body with millimetric precision, profound depth and personalised care. Experiencing that gap firsthand inspired me to become that figure myself.
Today, I dedicate my work to supporting a wide range of patients, including top athletes and dancers, offering them the level of precision, understanding and embodied awareness I once sought. I adopt a hands-on approach, carefully combining specialised therapeutic manual techniques, such as deep tissue muscle releases and joint mobilisations, with tailored exercises designed to promote recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Thanks to my dance background, I have developed a highly refined sensitivity to movement quality, alignment and biomechanical detail.
This unique perspective allows me to connect easily with my patients and tailor treatments that truly fit their lifestyle and goals. I strongly believe that effective treatment goes beyond symptom relief: understanding the root cause of a complaint, developing body awareness and having the right tools are essential for lasting results. My approach is personal and attentive, empowering patients through individualised care to achieve efficient recovery and enhanced physical wellbeing.
